The strategist is not only the contact for the client team but also the primary person working on their account. This means the client has direct access to their account expert. We set up a regular communication schedule between the client team and account strategist; additionally, we have a policy of responding within 24 business hours to all client emails. We also provide customized data-driven reports for each client on their digital marketing results with strategic insights. First we have a kickoff meeting which lasts 60-90 minutes where we begin the discovery process regarding the account, team, goals, activities, and more. To make the kickoff meeting as effective and efficient as possible, we provide a questionnaire for not only the client marketing team but also for the business stakeholders which covers everything from overall business goals to the details of the marketing plan and how it's been implemented. 

Each of our clients gives us access to their account to manage and we analyze and optimize those accounts. The account information and all the data associated with it always belongs to the client, not to Unfair Advantage.
